About Sav

Whether you’re looking for a trainer that feels like a friend, a sense of structure, or a way to feel more at home in your body, you’re in the right place.

I’m Savannah, founder of Sweat With Sav ❋ a digital fitness platform built to help you move with consistency, feel stronger in your body, and gain confidence on and off the mat.

My exercise approach wasn’t always this grounded.

After graduating college, I was living in New York City and fully immersed in the boutique fitness world. I was taking classes every day, always searching for something more. And yet, I rarely left feeling truly fulfilled.

Over time, that constant push began to take a toll. I felt depleted, disconnected from my body, and caught in a cycle that looked healthy from the outside, but didn’t feel that way internally.

In 2020, everything slowed down and I finally had the space to reassess my relationship with fitness. I began shifting my approach by moving more intentionally, fueling my body properly, and learning how to listen instead of override.

That shift changed everything.

I started creating workouts that were effective, but also sustainable. Movement that supported my energy, cleared my mind, and helped me feel strong in a way that lasted beyond the workout itself.

What began as a few Zoom classes with friends quickly grew into something more. I realized the missing piece for me, and for so many others, was a sense of connection and a method that made consistency feel approachable.

Today, Sweat With Sav is built on that foundation.

My method focuses on efficient, feel-great workouts designed to help you show up often, build momentum, and experience a positive shift physically and mentally.

Because confidence is built through consistency. Through the small moments you return to yourself, one class at a time.

This is a practice I continue to come back to in my own life. It evolves with me, supports me through different seasons, and keeps me grounded in how I want to feel each day.

Through my classes, my goal is simple: to help you feel more energized, more clear, and more like yourself every time you press play.

I live in Venice, California with my husband, our son, and our dog. When I’m not teaching, I’m usually on a long walk by the beach, on a forever hunt for the best cold brew, or out on a hike soaking up some sunshine.
